Sponzia is a global B2B platform connecting brands and sports organizations (such as clubs, federations, athletes, and agencies) to discover, manage, and execute sponsorship opportunities.

2. Eligibility

To use Sponzia, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Register with accurate and verifiable business or organization information
  • Have the authority to act on behalf of your company, club, or federation

We reserve the right to approve or reject accounts at our discretion, and to verify submitted information at any point.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for your account and agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Use accurate and up-to-date information
  • Respect other users and comply with local laws

You agree not to:

  • Upload false, misleading, or unauthorized content
  • Circumvent our platform to avoid paying applicable fees
  • Spam, harass, or solicit other users unethically
  • Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

4. Platform Services

Sponzia offers tools for:

  • Creating public and private sponsorship profiles
  • Browsing potential sponsorship opportunities
  • Sending and receiving partnership requests
  • Messaging and tracking deal progress
  • Generating pre-filled sponsorship agreements

Please note: Sponzia is not a party to the sponsorship contracts signed between users unless otherwise agreed in writing. We facilitate communication, discovery, and deal support — but do not guarantee the outcome of any agreement.

5. Fees and Payments

Sponzia offers both free and paid options.

💳 Subscriptions: Premium features, such as unlimited outbound requests, detailed analytics, and priority visibility, are available through paid subscription plans. You can view current pricing on our Pricing Page.

🧑‍💼 Concierge Service: For users seeking end-to-end support, Sponzia provides a Concierge option. We handle the full process — from identifying and contacting potential partners to negotiating, structuring, and coordinating the agreement. Additional service fees or enhanced commission rates apply.

📌 Success Fee (Commission): Sponzia applies a success-based commission for any deal confirmed between a brand and a sports organization, according to the terms of their subscription plan.

🔒 Platform Commitment Clause: If a connection, conversation, or deal was initiated through the Sponzia platform, and the agreement is signed off-platform, Sponzia is still entitled to the success fee. This clause ensures fair recognition of Sponzia’s facilitation role and helps sustain platform quality.

❌ Non-payment: Failure to pay fees may result in account suspension, delayed access to features, or legal action to recover due payments.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and branding on Sponzia (excluding user-uploaded content) is the exclusive property of SIA “ZD Capital”. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, store, and share your data.

8. Termination

Sponzia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • You misuse the platform or act unethically
  • You attempt to bypass or defraud the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

Sponzia is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or successful deal closure. We are not liable for:

  • Financial or reputational damages
  • Lost sponsorship opportunities
  • Disputes between users
  • External agreements executed off-platform

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If significant changes are made, we will notify users via email or in-platform alerts. Continued use of Sponzia after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
